Seriously, I need help. I'm an insomniac and recently, I can't sleep at ALL. I've tried all sorts of remedies: chamomile tea a few hours before bed, a hot bath, white noise, meditation; the list is long. And seeing as classes for me start soon and I'm out of a job, I can't afford to get any fancy sleep machine or anything like that. So... Anybody know of anything that might be of help? :D
I just try laying down in bed with something to do till I get bored and finally just pass out. Or I stay up all night and regain lost sleep the next night, but that's just me when I'm working on projects. >w>

On the subject of sleeping methods, if you're worried about having energy for the next day, I just find something like texting or posting on the forums that I can do, and close my eyes between messages, and eventually pass out. Also, waking up at the same time everyday is more important than falling asleep at the same time.
As for taking over the world, can I have britain, or ireland? Normally I'd say china but that's more trouble than its worth.
I am fond of all three but I could carve you a piece of Germany, which has a similar landscape, if you made me feel so inclined.
