I'll state what I am looking for...
I'm looking for a calm girl that can keep me calm, as I'm extremely hyperactive and random.
Preferably brown hair and green eyes (Eye color not a big factor) Someone who can take charge... I kind of don't know women that well, so I want a girl who can guide me. Breast size really doesn't matter to me. (Surprised me too when I thought about it. XD ) Definitely shorter than me, I stand 5'10, by the time I finish growing I will be 6 feet, I will stop growing in four years, I'm 17 atm... it's in my genes, don't ask. Someone who is touchy and likes to snuggle and cuddle, it's a weird thing of mine. Who has a sense of morals, meh, go figure me being on this site stating I'm looking for a girl with morals. X3.

I've already got my perfect girl, even if she's humorously short compared to me.
She's 5'1 and 1/2" Brown hair Green eyes, with heterocromia (she's got orange rings inside the green) funny, cute, clingy And, best of all, she doesn't judge me for my appearance.
(( If Male. I would like a relatively strong guy.. atleast someone I can't win easily in a fight. I want him to be around my height or a little taller. No facial hair or body hair. Short or long hair lenght, as long as it look good on him. A guy that know what he want and get what he want. I would like it if he would to take care of me and protect me but I also want him to be over me, to think of me as his own. He'll need a good libido to keep up with me and I don't want to have to be the one to ask for sex, I want him to take the first steps. I'm 5'10", my usual body hair is hard to see, because I'm blonde, it is usually very light. My hair looks decent short or long.
As for strong, is being able to squat over four hundred pounds and benching near my body weight (160-170) good?
I know what I do want in life, and I can usually get it, but the only issue is I have to be aware that it's okay, or attainable.
As for taking care of a woman- really? You have to ask that? I believe that no guy deserves any girl, that if a guy gets a girlfriend he should treat her with the utmost dignity and respect, and treat her as he would himself.
As for Libido... I'm kind of a virgin, but in all honesty (masturbation four to five times a day, capable of more *hack cough*)
Starting on the sex thing... I'd have to know it was OKAY, I have to have a clear knowledge of someone's limitations and what they consider acceptable.
I'm already very huggish and snugglish (my words >:o ) and I definitely will go for a hug out of the blue.

I like younger girls, from a few months to three years younger than me. Cute girls.
I have a girlfriend right now who is just the awesomest girl ever, but let's see...
Height: Around mine. I'm only 5'7", so around 5'6" is nice. Not a big deal to me.
Hair: Brown hair, though I am also attracted to redheads especially, and blonds. Long hair is nice, but as long as it's pretty and I can run my fingers through it, I like it.
Body: Muscle on girls is incredibly sexy, especially abs, but as long as they aren't obese, I'm happy. Beauty isn't just skin deep.
Eyes: I don't really have a preference, though I will want to stare into them for a long time.
Personality: Sweet, clever, able to appreciate my sense of humor. Laughs easy, but has self-control. Intelligence is a huge plus, as is creativity.
Breasts: They are nice. I like big breasts, but I'm not going to judge based on it.
Tattoos, Piercings: I had a girlfriend without pierced ears and I almost made the mistake of buying her earrings. I don't really mind one way or the other, though navel piercings are a HUGE turn-on for me. Tattoos... meh. They aren't my favorite, and I don't want one.
