So I need input from everyone in what they expect a MOD to do for this site?
The types of problems they should investigate, what authority they should have and the such. As school is approaching (some of you started) I will very busy during my last year in college so I will most likely only be able to check on briefly once a day to answer a few RPs so yes... there is a potential that I might be selecting a MOD. However at the same time if I see it is still unnecessary I shall not choose one.
So far it seems everyone has been getting along... ish hehe.
And remember use the Suggestions and Comments thread if you can think of ways to make this place better. That includes certains threads.. renaming of threads... incorporation of rules you think are necessary. I created this site to give the users a bit more of a say of how the site is run. I'm simply maintening it and trying to keep everything neutral.
Yes it is difficult so I was planning to narrow it down to around 3 people and then post them up and let the forum decide via a poll.. what do you think about that?

I second what Oblivion says. Also I think a mod should be available to field all the venting that would normally turn into drama if it wasn't filtered out and discussed. Kinda like the parental figure.
Yay. Thanx guys. I would so be a Mod if it were offered, seeing that I can be an impartial dick to everyone but Al, execpt for one thing. College hates me being a Mod. College would eat me alive, burying me in ten times my current workload if I tried, I quite frankly fear the college.

Clandestine and oblivion are right on with what I was thinking.
A mod should only:
1. Move threads around when needed 2. IF a person is being annoying, not annoying certain people but as in not being productive as a whole towards the forum. IE random posts on whiteboards, posting in other peoples RPs, mass messaging random people. Then has the authority to put a ban out on said person. 3. If any drama is stirring up simply tries to calm everyone down WITHOUT leaning towards either side without expressing themselves.
SO basically a MOD can not argue with people... Does this list of three things seem simple and fair?
Well.. if someone does get banned, people might wanna know and also why so it would be good if the mod who banned someone would post somewhere about it and explain the ban (pictures provided if possible)

I for one, don't need this **** cluttering a site that I just started to like. While we may get dumb-ass scrubs, some of them are good.
